Warranty

The Ag Group company offers its customers only high-quality electronics from trusted manufacturers. We are confident in the reliability of our products, so we provide an official guarantee for all products purchased in our store.

Warranty obligations
1. Warranty period
• The warranty period for each unit of goods is established by the manufacturer and indicated in the warranty card accompanying the goods.
• Unless otherwise provided by law or the manufacturer’s terms, the warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase.
2. Warranty service conditions
• The warranty covers defects that arose due to the fault of the manufacturer, including manufacturing and design flaws.
• During the warranty period, the buyer has the right to free repair, replacement of faulty parts or, in some cases, replacement of the goods with a similar one if repair is not possible.
• All warranty work is performed in authorized service centers.
3. Cases not covered by the warranty
• Mechanical damage caused by falls, impacts, exposure to moisture, overheating or other external factors.
• Damage caused by improper use, violation of the manufacturer’s instructions or self-repair.
• Wear of components, which is a consequence of natural use (for example, batteries, cables, connectors).
• Software failures caused by incorrect installation or use of third-party software.
4. Warranty claim procedure
• If a malfunction is detected, the buyer must contact our service center or the manufacturer’s authorized center.
• To claim under the warranty, you must provide the product, warranty card and proof of purchase (cash or sales receipt).
• Repair times depend on the complexity of the malfunction and the workload of the service center, but do not exceed the standard timeframes established by law.

Additional conditions
• In cases where warranty service is not possible, we are ready to offer alternative solutions, including paid repairs on favorable terms.
• At the request of the buyer, it is possible to issue an additional extended warranty for certain categories of goods.
